The management committee chairman of Jos Local Government Council, Hon. Shehu Usman have commended Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau state for accomplishing a tremendous success as he clock six years in office.
He described Governor Lalong's success stories as unprecedented accomplishment cutting across the social and economic sectors in the state.
The Chairman's commendation to the Governor is contained in a congratulatory message for marking six years in office as the Governor of Plateau state.
According to him, Jos North have continued enjoying Governor Lalong benevolence through the policy thrust of his administration which manifested on Infrastructural development, implementation of various capacity building programs for youths and women.
He also applauded Lalong's conceptualization of Plateau Peace Building Agency(PPBA), and Plateau Interfaith Committee Council which has made the state a safe Haven.
The Chairman further praised the steadfastness and commitment of Governor Lalong in displaying sincere brotherliness, strategic statesmanship and encompassing accommodation across political and religious divides.
Usman enjoined citizens of Jos North and beyond to always pray for those in authority for more grace and wisdom to continue giving people the much anticipated dividends of democracy.
He prayed God more wisdom and strength for Governor Lalong to continued steering the affairs of Plateau.
