The Executive Chairman of Jos North Local Government Council Hon.
Shehu Bala Usman has described the Director General and Chief executive of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Sir Joseph Ari as a role model and beacon of hope and humility to many plateau citizens and indeed Nigeria in general.

The Chairman said this while congratulating the Director General of the Industrial Training Fund ITF Sir Joseph Ari on the occasion of his 61st  birthday anniversary.

This was contained in a press release issued to Journalists in Jos on Tuesday by the media aid to the executive Chairman Philip Eplong.

Usman applauded the Sterling leadership qualities demonstrated so far by the ITF DG in the transformation of the Fund into one of the famous manpower development centers in the continent through its rigorous promotion and encouragement of acquisition of skills in industry and commerce.

The Chairman who conveyed his birthday greetings on behalf of his family,the Government and people of Jos North Local Government Council noted that Sir Joseph Ari is a proud son of plateau state and a seasoned  administrator per Excellent whose vision and expertise in handling the affairs of the fund is admirable.

The Chairman further noted that citizens of Jos North Local Government will forever remain grateful to the benevolence of the ITF through vocational skills by equipping Youth and women with entrepreneurial knowledge for self reliance and better Nigeria.

The Chairman  expressed gratitude to God for granting the ITF DG good health, grace and wisdom as he advances  in age.
