A group under aegis of Movement for the Actualization of Tinubu (MFAT) 2023, Plateau State chapter, has congratulated Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu (Jagaban) for his emergence as the presidential flag bearer of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, for the 2023 general elections.

Recall Tinubu pulled a total of 1,271 votes to beat other contestants at the recently concluded APC National Convention which held in Eagle Square Abuja.

According to the congratulatory message signed by the Chairman and Secretary of Plateau State chapter of the MFAT, Chief Sarki Zailani Yamusa and Hon. Chris Dajan said the emergence of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as the presidential candidate for APC is not a surprise to the group looking at Tinubu's track records of achievement.

The group said, "sir, we have never doubted your your ability q to lead the Nigerian Nation, given your pedigree as a tested and trusted Democrat.

" You have in the course of building democracy in Nigeria, fought military dictatorship during the NADECO days which led to our enjoying civil governance today.

"As a Lagos state Governor, you built both political and infrastructural legacies that have stood the test of time as Nigeria will be lucky to have you  as its President in 2023!

"We on the Plateau joined million of your well wishers in saying congratulations. Yes, the journey has just begun and we as your foot soldiers will match to all frontiers to return you victorious as our president and Commander in chief, " they stated.

The group also Congratulates Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda as the Plateau APC gubernatorial candidate and his counterparts all over the federation as well as the National and states Assembly candidates of APC.

"We wish them success at the polls as APC is set to make history in 2023."
