The Coalition of Northern Ethnic Groups heartily congratulates His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on the occasion of his Second Year Anniversary in Office today, 29th May 2025.

Indeed, Your Excellency, you have shown unwavering commitment to correcting the missteps of the past, despite the daunting challenges of insecurity and economic hardship currently facing our beloved country.

We particularly commend the establishment of the National Credit Guarantee Company (NCGC) and the recent appointment of Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara as Chairman of its Governing Board. This is a timely and commendable step that we believe will open up access to credit facilities for small and medium-scale enterprises, stimulate economic growth, and bring tangible benefits to ordinary Nigerians.



While we recognize your efforts and the tough decisions made in the national interest, we urge that your administration’s noble intentions be translated into visible, people-oriented results. As the nation looks toward the future, including the prospects of your re-election campaign, we believe that performance, accountability, and fulfillment of promises—particularly in critical areas such as power supply—will be the true benchmark of leadership.
