 A Chinese company, under the auspices of Mingxin Mineral Separation Nigeria Limited, have been set to commence exploration of Mineral title in Kampanin Zurak, Wase Local Government Area, Plateau State.

 The company had earlier signed a memorandum of understanding(MoU) with Plateau State Government after inspecting the site and pledged to bring in their technical staff to commence exploration. 

Unfortunately, the process have delayed due to the COVID-19 lockdown until now that international travel restrictions have been relaxed.

Welcoming the team of technical staff and engineers of  Mingxin Mineral Nigeria Ltd, Plateau State commissioner of Mineral development, Jude Dakur said Plateau under the able leadership of Governor Simon Lalong has resustate Mineral Development Company Ltd.

"It is heart-warming to announce that the much-awaited  technical team has finally arrived from China and will be mobilizing to site to authenticate the mineral title area which will enable exploration to kick-start in earnest.

"This is, indeed, the beginning of a new era in the state's drive towards revenue diversification and enhancement," he stated.

The commissioner appeal to citizens to join hands with Government and it's relevant agencies to see to a successful partnership that will usher in a new lease of life for the Plateau economy.

Managing Director of Mingxin Mineral Separation Nigeria Ltd, David  Hai Jun Gu assured it's readiness and determination to create more jobs, more tax and make Plateau and Nigeria a better place.
