The Nhara Garga Ruling House, Garga Traditional Council in Kanam Local Government Area of Plateau State, have in strong terms refuted, disassociates, disregard and frowned at one Alhaji Hudu Adamu Bawa purported motion Exparte in respect to "Ra'an Jhar traditional Stool.

You would recall, Hudu Adamu Bawa has claimed to have obtained a motion Exparte on 23rd December,2020, before justice A.I. Ashoms of High Court of Justice Plateau State against; Plateau State Government,Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Kanam Local Government, Alh. Hashimu Adamu(Darling Kantana) and Alh. Mahmud Maikano (Representing Badawa Ruling House) respectively.

In a press statement jointly signed by Alh. Yau Garba (Galadima Garga), Alh. Usman D. Mohammed (Iyan Garga), Mallam Abdullahi Yahya Damo (Dan Lawan Garga), Alh. Aliyu Adamu (Sarkin Kasa), Alh. Adamu Aliyu (Dankaden Garga) and Alh. Sa'ad Aliyu (Ubandoman Garga), said Alh. Hudu Adamu Bawa, claimed to have represented Nhara Garga ruling house of Kanam Local Government Council in the "unfortunate suit".

According to them "We the under mentioned members of Nhara Garga ruling house want to categorically made it clear that, Alh. Hudu Adamu Bawa is not representing us in any capacity in his  malicious, callous, unwarranted and fruitless litigation to frustrate the selection process of the new Ra'an Jhar.

"The selection process which all right thinking members of Nhara Garga ruling house are happy with the state Government for the approval.

"The so-called plaintiff is neither a title holder of Nhara Garga ruling house nor member of Garga traditional Council, so, he cannot therefore in anyway represent the ruling house and good people of Garga, who determine to see the progress of Jhar Nation and Kanam Local Government Council in general", they stated.

They also vowed that; therefore, we the undermentioned representatives and members of Nhara Garga ruling class and Garga traditional Council, disassociate ourselves from the litigation and we are also calling on the good people of Garga to do so.

"We want to reiterate the fact that, any attempt by some scrupulous elements to tarnish the good name of the Nhara Garga ruling house and the entire Garga populace, will not be tolerated.

"We will conclude by stating that, Nhara Garga ruling house and Garga traditional Council will accept and support whoever Emerges as the new Ra'an Jhar".
