Senator representing Plateau South in the National assembly  Prof. Nora Ladi Dadu’ut  on Wednesday described  her predecessor, the Late 

 Senator Ignatius Longjan,  as a peaceful man and a bridge builder committed to the Nigerian project.


In a statement made available to newsmen in Jos  on  the one year  anniversary of the death of the late Longjang ,  Prof Nora ,  said  the late Senator   was a very peaceful person. 


He proved himself to be a very faithful and loyal person.


“He was committed to the ideals of the Senate and people of Plateau . 


He is a man who had the interest of the people of Plateau south and the state at heart .


The Late Longjang  built bridges. He wanted to ensure that everything went on well. 


“Longjang  believed that as a people, we must stay  in peace. 


She promised to continue to work to 

deepen legacies inherited from her

 predecessor .


Prof Dadu’ut  also vowed not to disappoint the people of the southern zone and the entire State during her time at the Senate.
