You would recall, team Plateau United previously lost their three consecutive away matches of the 2020/2021 NPFL season.

According to team Coach of Plateau United Abdu Maikaba, " after losing three games we have no choice rather than to come all out and get our three points, and we do it in style and I am very happy.

"Working is in progress to start picking points from away matches, because last season we start picking points away right from second week. But even now, this season we started from the second week but only that we have a break of form in-between.

"Now that we lost three games away from home it is something to look into. We ratified the problem knowing fully well that we always create chances away from home but the finishing was saw poor. And that is why we want to re-enforce from the attacking options", Coach Maikaba noted.

Jigawa Golden stars Coach Gilbert Opana whose side suffered a three nill humiliation said what happened is football as you lose some and win some.

"Football you lost some and win some. The players were confused at the start of the game. Well, we're going back home and we hope to win the next game", he concluded.
