The Executive Chairman of Jos North Local Government Council, Hon. Shehu Bala Usman has Commiserates with the Government, people of Plateau state and indeed Nigeria over the demise of the Chairman, Buhari Campaign Organization (BCO) late Alhaji Danladi Pasali.
This was contained in a press release made available to this medium on Tuesday in Jos by Mr.Philip Eplong, media aide to the chairman Jos North Local Government Council Hon. Shehu Usman.
According to him, the Chairman who expressed sadness over the passing away of the political icon (Pasali), described him as a quintessential Democrat, a successful entrepreneur and an outstanding statesman who has left strong holds of footprints in the politics and businesses.
The Chairman noted that the late BCO Chairman was a national political asset who contributed in deepening Nigeria's Democratic ethos through his robust and vibrant leadership as exemplified during his tenure of the Buhari Campaign Organization, an organ that brought President Muhammadu Buhari to power as president in 2015 and 2019.
Usman said, "as a Council, Jos North is in pains and are mourning the passing of their illustrious son," adding that Pasali was a rare gem whose demise is monumental loss to the Local Government, the state and Nigeria as a whole.
The Chairman prayed Allah to forgive his sin and grant his family the fortitude to bear the heavy loss.
