Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang and his deputy, Ngo Josephine Chundung Piyo as they mark one year in office.


Sir, your strong resolve and demonstrable capacity as examplified by your purposeful leadership has left undeniable evidence of achievements across key sectors such as Agriculture, Education, Urban Renewal, Health, Human Capital Development, Roads Construction and the recent revolution taking place in the transport sector.
