..... Receives grassroot leadership governance award 

The Executive Chairman of Qua'an Pan Local Government Council Hon. Christopher Audu Manship says Governor Caleb Mutfwang's "Time is Now" Administration has encouraged Council chairmen to embark on  unprecedented grassroots development. 

Manship made this known at the Merit House in Abuja during the Nigeria Grassroots Leadership Forum organized by Scroll International.

The Chairman who was recognized at the occasion with an award of Excellence in grassroots Leadership Governance by Scroll International was due to the Chairman's  outstanding performance and contributions to grassroots development among Local Government chairmen in Nigeria, thereby reinforcing democratic principles.

The Chairman noted that Governor Mutfwang work in synergy with Local Governments without interfering in their administrative and financial affairs is the secret of his successor.

This collaboration according to Manship was one of the reasons for the overwhelming victory of the People's Democratic Party, PDP during last week Wednesday's Local Government elections. 

He dedicated the award to Governor Mutfwang and the people of Qua'an Pan Local Government for their massive support.

As he assume office as the duly elected  Chairman of the Council, Manship assured the people of  Qua'an Pan of more development.

Convener of the Leadership Grassroots Merit Award, Adenuga Boluwatifa, noted that Scroll International is a non-governmental, non-profit organization, promoting stability and enhancing Local Government Grassroots Leadership Governance.

Notable attendees includes; Deputy of Quaan Pan, Chrysantus Kangshal, present and former PDP Chairman of Qua'an Pan, Lawan Bari and Raymond Dawam, Directors, staff, Youths, and women from Qua'an Pan as well as National Assembly members.
