The Chairman of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Plateau State Chapter, on behalf of members of the association, warmly congratulates the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang, on his well-deserved recognition as Governor of the Year 2025 at the prestigious Silverbird Man of the Year Awards.

Saiki revealed that this honour is a clear reflection of the Governor’s visionary leadership and the remarkable strides his administration has recorded in areas such as security, infrastructure, healthcare, education, and inclusive governance across Plateau State.

He said SWAN Plateau particularly acknowledges Governor Mutfwang’s commitment to the growth and development of sports in the state. His administration’s support for sporting activities and institutions continues to inspire athletes, administrators, and sports journalists alike, while strengthening Plateau’s reputation as one of Nigeria’s foremost sporting hubs.
