The Former Minister of Youths and Sports Development Barrister Solomon Dalung has paid farewell to an Elder Statesman, Late Rev Dr Alexander Lar who passed unto glory on Friday 3rd January, 2020 and was buried today in Langtang North LGA Plateau State.

Barrister Dalung attended the Funeral Service of Baba Alexander which took place at COCIN Headquarters Church Jos, alongside with other dignitaries in Plateau State and across the country. Amongst the prominent Plateau Stakeholders who attended the Funeral Service are Senator Jeremiah Timbut Useni, Senator Jonah David Jang Former Governor of Plateau State, Air Marshall Jonah Wuyep (rtd), Professor Bogoro Suleiman,TEEFUND Secretary, Representative of the Governor of Plateau State.

Amongst the Spiritual Leaders who attended the Service are Rev. Dr. Datiri Dacholom, COCIN President, Rev. Dr Obed Dashan, COCIN Vice President, Rev. Dr. Soja Bewarang, CAN Chairman, Plateau State, Rev. Dr. Musa Gotum, former COCIN President, Rev. Professor Pangdam Yamsak, former COCIN President, and many others.


Baba Alexander Lar would be greatly missed for his charismatic leadership, honesty and frankness.
