The Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Ali Pantami has emphasized that the key responsibility of the Telecoms Regulator is to protect the consumers as the customer is a king.

The Minister gave the reminder when he received a brief from the Management of Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) led by its Executive Vice-Chairman, Prof Umar Garba Danbatta at the Ministry’s Corporate Headquarters, Abuja.

Dr Pantami also reiterated that governance is all about teamwork adding that the success of the commission is also the success of the ministry being its supervisor.
He maintained that teamwork is part of efforts to enhance effective and efficient service delivery to Nigerians.
