The Youth Movement praised the efforts of the chairman of Qua'anPan Local Government, Abdukmalik Haruna for listening to the yearning and aspirations of the youth by granting them audience which led to the amicable resolution of the issue and initiating the selection process.

The statement also commended the Plateau State Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs for their steadfastness and wise counsel to the Kwo Princes.

The MYDM equally thanked the princes for the maturity exhibited irrespective of their differences, noting that such unity will lead to the peaceful selection of the Long Kwo.
