Senator representing Plateau South in the National Assembly Prof. Dame Nora Daduut on Monday 

 called on  her constituents ,people of Plateau state  and Nigerians in general to pray for sustained peace and stability of the country .


The Senator  in a congratulatory message issued in Jos , to commemorate 2021 Eid-El -Kabir celebration, expressed her  appreciation to the Moslem Community in Plateau South Senatorial district for their commitment to peace and good neighborliness.




She enjoined Nigerians to live in peace and love one another.


 

“We must respect the tenets of Islam which call for peace and I hope that each one of us will try to maintain peace and be our brother’s keeper,” she  said.


Senator Dame Nora Daduut added that  "Let us remain strong in our hope that Nigeria will become what we fervently want it to be, a nation that fills its citizens with happiness and pride”.


The Senator  also called on citizens of the country to support the present administration of General Muhammadu  Buhari, the  President of the Senate Senator Ahmed Lawan and Governor Simon Lalong  adminstration always  because they both   have the  interest of the  citizens at heart.


Daduut further added that she would continue to put the interest of her Constituents first  at all times.
