The Plateau State Commissioner for Housing Hon. Brian Bintim Dadi had pledged his commitment towards adding value to the Ministry as proud Old Boy of the then Government Teachers College Obi in the old Plateau State with the present Nasarawa State inclusive.

He said the College has made positive contributions to his life and the lives of many who have gone through the Institution and has made them to be result oriented people wherever they found themselves in life.

The Honourable Commissioner stated this when he received members of his Alma-Matter 
of the then Government Teachers College Obi, first set 1981 to the last set 1987 of the College in his Office at the Joseph Gomwalk State Secretariat in Jos the Plateau State Capital.

Chairman of the delegation, Mr. Longchi Ayuba said they are in the office of the Commissioner to identified with one of them and encourage him to keep making the Collage proud wherever he found himself at all time.

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mallam Ibrahim Kam commended the Alumni members who have contributed their quarter to the development of the country as teachers.

Recalled that the Ministry under his watch recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with some partners for the building of a 5000 Housing units across the Jos Bukuru Metropolis towards providing affordable housing scheme to the people of Plateau State.
