In continuation of his consultations with constituents and various stakeholders, the standard bearer of the APC vying for the position of House of Representatives, Bassa/Jos North federal Constituency, Hon Ibrahim Baba Hassan, moved his campaign train to Izere chiefdom of Jos North to seek royal blessings.

In company of the lawmaker was the flag bearer of APC Jos North-North Constituency, Hon. Dr Adamu Aliyu, Commissioner PLHSC Hon. Yusha'u Mazadu, party stalwarts, Leader of the Legislative Arms of Jos North, Hon Yakubu Atsen and Councilors from Izere chiefdom among others.

Hon Ibrahim Baba Hassan said, "HRH Emmanuel Anil, Adagwom Izere Chiefdom has always been an ardent listener and a father to all, his kind words and royal blessings each time we approach him for elderly advice, has always been second to none"

"I foresee this visit as an endorsement on my candidature to run for the federal office representing the good people of Bassa/Jos North, and as a lawmaker, having possess the requisite experience as a State lawmaker for close to 16years, I assure all and sundry that our blueprint will be for the betterment of the people of Jos North/Bassa at all turns." He mentioned.

The Law maker also prayed for good health of the Royal father and greater prosperity of Izere chiefdom.

On his part, the Royal Father narrated how he has always worked with the lawmaker, describing him as a man of peace, hospitality and empathy who always putting the plights of his constituents first at all times.

He then bestowed his royal blessings on the lawmaker and further endorsed his candidature in the forthcoming general elections. 

The entourage received a resounding welcome from the people of Izere Chiefdom proving their acceptability and support for the Babsiyya movement as the community leaders  assured the movement unflinching support to emerged victorious come February 2023.
