The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang, has congratulated the newly elected Chairman of the Plateau Youth Council (PYC), Panan G. Dapar, along with his Executive Council members, on their successful election.

In a congratulatory statement, Governor Mutfwang commended the Electoral Committee for conducting a peaceful and transparent election, which resulted in the emergence of the new PYC leadership. He further urged all Plateau youths to rally behind the new Executive in order to fully unlock their remarkable potential and achieve greatness for the state.

Governor Mutfwang reaffirmed his administration's commitment to empowering the youth through mentorship, capacity-building, and the provision of tools needed to enable them to assume leadership roles and contribute meaningfully to nation building.

He stated that his administration has already taken steps toward this vision by appointing numerous young leaders to key positions at both state and local government levels, as well as providing training in modern agriculture and other youth-centric interventions.

The Governor encouraged the youth to focus their energies on productive ventures that will drive the development of Plateau State. He also charged the new PYC Executive to leverage their experience in uniting the youth across the state in order to foster peace and solidarity.

On behalf of the government and the people of Plateau State, Governor Mutfwang extended his heartfelt congratulations to Panan G. Dapar and his newly elected Executive, praying for God's continued guidance and wisdom as they lead the youths toward a brighter future.
