Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang has extended his heartfelt condolences to the family of the former Governor of Plateau State, Amb. Fidelis Tapgun on the passing of their beloved sister and former Minister of State for Trade and Industry, Josephine Tapgun.


In a condolence message, Governor Mutfwang described the demise of Ms Josephine Tapgun as a profound loss not just to the Tapgun's family and the Gamailand but Plateau State and Nigeria at large. 

He acknowledged the outstanding  contributions of late Josephine Tapgun during her stewardship at the Federal Ministry of Trade and Industry, where she distinguished herself and introduced fresh perspectives to the growth and development of the nation's economy.

Governor Mutfwang paid tribute to Josephine Tapgun's steadfast commitment to selfless service, noting that her contributions extended far beyond Plateau State, touching countless lives across the nation.

While words cannot ease the pain of such a monumental loss, Governor Mutfwang prayed that the Almighty God, the God of all comfort, will surround them with His grace and peace during this period of mourning.

On behalf of his family, the government, and the peace-loving people of Plateau State, the Governor expressed his deepest sympathies to the entire Tapgun's family. He prayed for God's comfort, strength, and courage to uphold them during this period of immense grief.
