The Concerned PDP Stakeholders, led by Da James Stephen Pam, categorically reject Femi Fani-Kayode's (FFK) scathing and unfounded criticism of Governor Caleb Mutfwang's meeting with the Israeli Ambassador.
Setting the Record Straight
Governor Mutfwang's engagement with the Israeli Ambassador is part of a strategic effort to leverage Israel's expertise in agriculture to boost Plateau State's agricultural sector. Israel is globally recognized for its innovative agricultural practices, and this partnership aims to enhance food security and economic development in the state.
"We as concern PDP stakeholders stand in condemnation of FFK's Inflammatory Rhetoric,
FFK's characterization of Israel using derogatory terms is not only baseless but also inflammatory. Such rhetoric serves no purpose other than to sow discord and undermine efforts toward progress. We condemn FFK's attempt to politicize and vilify a constructive diplomatic engagement.
"We therefore warn against Incitement, FFK's statements are a clear attempt to incite tension and create unnecessary conflict. We warn him to desist from such reckless and irresponsible behavior, which could have far-reaching consequences for peace and stability in Plateau State and beyond, he should stop such incitefull statement and comment as it is undermining national security and the hard earned efforts of Mr president, the governor Mutfwang's and security agencies on peace.
"The Concerned PDP Stakeholders stand in solidarity with Governor Mutfwang and affirm the legitimacy of his efforts to develop Plateau State through strategic international partnerships. We urge all well-meaning Nigerians to reject FFK's divisive narrative and support initiatives that promote unity, development, and progress of plateau state and Nigeria as a whole", Pam added.
