The Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District and former Governor of Plateau State, Simon Bako Lalong, has extended warm congratulations to veteran journalist Stephen Sarki Musa on the occasion of his 66th birthday.

In a congratulatory message, Senator Lalong described Mr. Stephen Sarki as a seasoned media professional whose decades of dedication to journalism have contributed immensely to the growth of the media industry in Plateau State and Nigeria at large. 

He commended his commitment to truth, fairness, and responsible reporting, noting that his body of work continues to inspire younger journalists.

The Senator acknowledged Stephen Sarki Musa’s role in promoting democratic values, fostering unity, and supporting societal development through objective and impactful journalism. 

Lalong expressed personal appreciation to the veteran journalist for his support and engagement over the years describing him as a worthy compatriot. 

He said Sarki who edged his name in gold within the media space continues to practice with vigour even while reaching the milestone of 66 years which is a testament to a life of purpose, integrity, and service.

Senator Lalong prayed for God’s continued blessings, good health, strength, and wisdom for the celebrant, wishing him many more years of fruitful service to the media profession and humanity.
