His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Yakubu Gambo paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of the Saudi General Authority for Foreign Trade, His Excellency Mohammed A. Abduljabbar.

Discussions centred on expanding Nigeria-Saudi Arabia trade, increasing import and export activities, and reducing the trade imbalance between both countries.

The Saudi side expressed interest in Nigerian agricultural products, manufactured goods, and livestock, and requested the Nigerian Embassy to identify and authenticate credible exporters. 

Ambassador Gambo reaffirmed Nigeria's commitment to strengthening economic cooperation in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda.
