Plateau State Deputy Governor and Chairman Palliatives Committee, Professor Sonni Tyoden says only orphanages are being considered in the first phase of distribution of palliatives to citizens of the State occasioned by the covid 19 pandemic. Tyoden stated this while flagging off distribution of relief materials to vulnerable groups in the state.

Tyoden stated this while flagging off distribution of relief materials to vulnerable groups in the state. The Deputy Governor has also called on management of the various orphanages in the state not to repackage relief materials distributed to the orphanage homes for self use.The Deputy Governor Governor who was flanked by the ALGON Chairman in the state, Ezekiel Vwelgap and Secretary of the Committee, Dr. Sumaya Hamza prayed that the items donated will address the needs of the orphans.
