The giant strides and achievements recorded by the Plateau State Governor, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong have received further commendations and acknowledgement from Hon. Gyang Dung Musa, the Commissioner of science and technology, Plateau State.

In a statement issued by the Commissioner on Friday, marking this year’s Democracy day and also congratulating the Governor on his five years in office, the Commissioner, Hon. Gyang, congratulated Governor Lalong for keeping faith with his campaign promises with notable equal distribution of projects across the 3 senetorial zones of Plateau State.

He acknowledged the humane gestures of the Lalong-led administration in the State for being true to his campaign promises as seen in the manner by which government activities are conducted. Part of the statement issued read “I on behalf of staff of the ministry of science and technology, Plateau State, wishes to congratulate His Excellency, Rt. Hon Simon Bako Lalong on this year’s Democracy today celebration and the anniversary of his five years in office which has witnessed notable developmental achievements.

“The Governor has no doubt performed creditably well in his five years in office, it is our hope that His Excellency will do more for the people of Plateau state in the years ahead. “On the occasion of this year’s Democracy day celebration, the Commissioner also enjoined Nigerians to be more dedicated to the sustenance of democratic tenets despite the various challenges Nigeria is facing at the moment.” Gyang, further stated that Nigeria is going to weather the storm and come out strong enjoining all to be hopeful that better days are ahead.
