The Commissioner for Science and Technology in Plateau State, Hon. Gyang Dung Musa has responded over alleged false accusation that he has threatened one Susan a forefront mobilizer of the end SARS protesters. 

Hon. Gyang, who described the allegation by the said activist as malicious and deliberate attempt to malign his person, urged Susan to be truthful to his conversation with her.


Susan alleged that Hon. Gyang Dung Musa openly intimidated her for her roll in the end SARS protest that is currently rocking the country.

While addressing the frame up by Susan, the commissioner disclosed that the move by Susan was aimed at tarnishing his political pedigree, which he described as not only wicked but treacherous and false.


Hon. Gyang said “This deliberate, malicious and mendacious publication has been making the rounds online and on social media platforms.

”The unsubstantiated claim and accusation, designed to mislead the general public and calculated to malign my person, is not only wicked, treacherous and false but clearly most defamatory.

"My conversation with Susan is on Facebook, I advised that; as a youth that I am, I wished the youths withdraw from the roads having shown their displeasure to Goverment and give Goverment a chance to look into their plight as not to allow miscreants take advantage of the situation to cause mayhem".

"We have made our points as young people. The world now knows we are not lazy youths. The best option now is to articulate on the negotiation table"- Hon. Gyang said. 


Hon. Gyang is a youth ambassador who's appointment by the Governor of Plateau State was well celebrated by his peers. Having this in mind, the commissioner's love for young people cannot be overemphasized.


The commissioner shares in the plight of the youths but urged all to adopt civilized ways of pursuing their legitimate rights. 


Hon. Gyang Dung Musa hopes for a better Nigeria that will be beneficial also to generations yet unborn.
