Ahead of the 2023 general elections, the executive Chairman and leader of QP Project, Hon. Ernest A. Da’a, has assured a level playing ground for all  aspirants within Qua’an-Pan LGA, who are contesting for any position under the platform of APC.

Da’a who was represented by the Supervisory Councilor for Agric. and Natural Resources, Hon. Rislanu Isa Baba, gave the assurance while playing host to Chief Hon. John M. Dafaan (the Kanalong of Bwall) and his entourage, at the Council’s Secretariat, Baap.

Chief Hon. John M. Dafaan, earlier stated that he was at the Secretariat to notify the Executive Chairman and Cabinet of his intention to aspire for House of Representative seat, representing Qua'an-Pan, Shendam and Mikang Constituency.

He added that he contested, considering the equity sharing formula within the constituency and his legibility to do so.

Hon. John Dafaan was a former Chief of staff to Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State and currently the senior special assistant (SSA), to Rt.Hon. Idris Maje Wase the deputy speaker, National Assembly.

You would recall that the electoral umpire, Independent National Electoral commission (INEC), have already released the timetable for 2023  general elections.
