The Executive Chairman Qua'an-Pan LGC and leader of QP Project, Hon. Ernest A. Da'a, has described the death of the 'Niyu Long-Kwo' who is the Village Head of Lu'ukwo (Bakin Ciyawa) Miskoom Tsenlong Barau, as a collosal loss, not only to the Kwo Chiefdom, but to the entire people of Qua'an-Pan LGA and beyond.
Hon. Ernest A. Da'a stated this during a condolence visit to the royal family in Lu'ukwo (Bakin Ciyawa), where he added that the Kwo Chiefdom, the Qua'an-Pan Traditional Council and the entire locality will miss his wealth of leadership experience.
The Executive Chairman urged the family to accept the loss as an act of God. He admonished them to take solace in God who will never let them down.
"As a Council and on behalf of the entire good people of Qua'an-Pan LGA, our hearts are with you. We pray that God may comfort the royal family, the Kwo Chiefdom; and grant unto late Miskoom Tsenlong Barau an eternal life in His heavenly kingdom," Da'a prayed.
The Executive Chairman was in company of his deputy, Hon. Helen Henniet Wapmuk, some of the Supervisory Councilors and well-wishers.
