Plateau State Deputy Governor, Mrs Josephine Piyo, has congratulated Nigerian First Lady, Senator Oluremi Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on the occasion of her 63 birthday anniversary.

Piyo described the nation's number one woman as a virtuous, who has positively impacted the lives of many. 

Plateau deputy in a congratulatory message Thursday said the First Lady has demonstrated a high sense of commitment and passion for the welfare of the down trodden and less privileged in the society.

This she said was demonstrated when she personally visited Plateau State and donated N500 million to 500 Internally Displaced Persons (IDP’s) who were sacked from their homes as a result of violent attacks in some Local Government Areas in the state. 

While appreciating and prayed for many more years of celebration for the First Lady, Piyo further described her commitment to the welfare of the vulnerable in the society especially women and children as second to none.

She also praised the First Lady for being a strong pillar of support to her husband, President Ahmed Tinubu, as he steers the affairs of the nation, adding that her support has greatly impacted in his achievements so far as President.

The Deputy Governor wished her a joyful birthday celebration, long life, good health and prosperous years ahead.
