Dr.Aniyi Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of Wilda's Global and sport Limited based in Plateau. Recently in an interaction with our correspondent,DANIEL DAUDA, he spoke about the activities of his company and why the Court stroke out litigation against him. The excerpts please!

Can we meet you sir?

I am Dr. Aniyi Williams, the Chief Executive Officer Wilda's Global and sport Limited. Our address is suite 19 choice Plaza along Zarmaganda Rayfield Road Jos, Plateau State.

We help people to set Visa travel abroad. We also help people to secure a trial programmed out abroad. We work with tourist outside the country both Africa and European countries. 

So, we deal with Shanghai countries, Europe and Canada, we help people secure travel package that contains work permit outside the country. We got COS which is certificate of sponsorship from the United Kingdom (UK) for all our clients out there.

For how long the company has been in existence?

Williams: The company was registered three years ago. Since then were so effective, we been delivering and have a lot of success stories both in home and abroad. We have been helping people to secure job in Canada we have a lot clients in UK, we have a lot of clients in Shanghai countries and so, successfully we been doing fine as a whole.

What are some of the challenges encounter in the company?

Williams: of course, sometimes we have delays in the renumerations, sometimes we have delayed from our partners over there in abroad. If there is a strike it usually affects the process of our documents, sometimes there is a change in procedures over there which would definitely affect our process here in Nigeria.

And most times our processes and operations doesn't tally with their own over there. So when there is a delayed from the immigration, automatically it affect what were doing over here. So in many cases we need to call on our clients to address the issue.

What is your call to the clients in respect to the hitches and challenges?

Williams: basically, if there is a challenge like this we do call some of our clients in the office, we passed the message across to them this is what is  going own and some of them understand us while, others plan to leave the deal because of their own scheduled too, they may not want to wait to change to another country. While some will definitely request for their refund and if it is possible we can address the issue amicably.

The litigation instituted against you and the company at the Magistrate Court Jos have been stroke out.What really lead to that legal tussle?

William:Last year December, 2022, this actually happened as a result of trust, because then we had some of our staff that we entrusted the company in their hands.So many times when I am not around because we do other things around, so we leave those ones behind in case of what is going on the company.

Unfortunately, for the organization we had a very terrible experienced with one of the staff then that connived with some agents out there, diverting our jobs to other agents. So we called a meeting with all the dignitaries around and they came.

Why we sacked that particular staff because this guy went and connived with other staff in the organization, that is the Secretary in the company, and the Secretary continued relating activities of the company with this particular person and before you know it they went ahead to conspired with some of our clients, telling them that what we do here is not real, what we do here is not genuine and people should stop patronizing us, people should stop working with us.

And a lot of clients called us that this is what they heard from our staff, which I invited most of them to the office and have a talk. Then, a lot of them found out that all of this are falls allegations against the company and my name trying to bring this company down.

Now, five of them continue with them while other clients stick with us having noticed that all this are false accusations so were able to resolved this amicably with the other ones. But the rest they refused and they went to the Police station and that is how the matter went to the Court.

What was the reason for the dismissal of the case and how do you feel now that the matter has been dismissed?

Williams:So, now after we went to court our counsel tendered the proved of everything before the Court, they now started running back to the company pleading that they were sorry for all that has happened, that it is as a result of conspiracy and it is our staff who went around telling people different things, giving the company bad name.

Even in the Police station the Secretary was invited there for interrogation and there they started apologizing that they were sorry after when they went around tarnishing the name of the company and myself with my wife.

So, a lot of them called back saying they were sorry I should just forgive them. So were all Christians and I have no problem about it, what we want from them is that they should go ahead to do the needful.

So, we went back to the Court and the Court pleaded with us that they want this case to be strike out, that they are not longer interested in the case again since they were been able to find out and evidence shown that all this are just conspiracy against me and my company.

What is your call to the people out there?

Williams: Yes, it is our desire to continue giving our clients the very best. So everything is okay and everything is fine now....

What is the relationship between you and the clients having laid the legal tussle to rest?

Williams:Yes, I think the relationship with my clients is much more solid than ever before. Because the initial speculations here and there created a lot of fears in the hearts of so many clients but now that the evidence and everything is out, the clients have a hundred percent confidence to worked with us, and were already have the believed to give them what they deserve...

How friendly is the environment for business taking into consideration this kind of business is new here on the Plateau unlike Abuja and Lagos?

Williams:Yes like you said, a lot of people are novice to this kind of business in the environment because one; they believed there is no Embassy in Plateau state, there is no international Airport in Plateau state.

So, they believe that is quite difficult for them when you introduced this kind of business to people they felt that this thing is not real until we show them the evidence of testimonies that we have been getting from the successful clients that were travel abroad and that is when they were able to encourage others to patronized us.

And sincerely speaking since 2, 3 years back now it has been a massive story because people have been calling, in fact they refer people from the village to travel abroad.

What is your relationship with government?

Williams:we have a strong working relationship with the government because we have a tour package programs for some  government officials from government house here in abroad and everything is successful.
