We write this petition that our client is the lawful owner and person in peaceful possession of a parcel of land situated opposite Jenny Filling Station, Sabo Barki, Jos, Plateau State (hereinafter referred to as “the property”).
Upon acquisition, our client entered into peaceful possession of the property and commenced construction thereon.

He maintained that ,while Our Client strictly obeyed the directive of the Police, he was shocked to recently discover that the said trespasser mobilized people to the property and destroyed the fence he had already constructed.
