Removing A National Chairman who had in the past worked vehemently is an act of ingratitude – Tinubu
The former Lagos state governor, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu said in a statement that removing the national chairman of the party who had in the past worked vehemently would be an act of ingratitude.
Similarly, Tinubu said the crisis in APC is as a result of peoples ambitions towards 2023 election.
According to him, the plotters affliction is more worse than the coronavirus which has claimed many lives in some countries of the world.
Many have even opined that Tinubu is boldly behind Oshiomhole purposely because of his ambition to contest for the 2023 presidential election.
Tinubu submitted that Oshiomhole has been a tireless campaigner and a mobilizer for the party and he steered the party through difficult elections. He said Oshiomhole’s contributions should not be undervalued especially now that the bulk of elections are behind us.
It is also important to note that APC as a party needs more sensitisation on the principles of democracy and also the wisdom required in nation building.
