Rev John .Y. Adang the Reverend in charge of ECWA Goodnews Gwarandok –Abbattoir, Jos in his homily gave the theme of the 2022 Annual Thanksgiving Service as "Give Thanks to God in All Circumstance" found in 1 Thessalonians 5:18.
Adang said that the theme for the thanksgiving is deliberately chosen in view of the fact that just this week our beloved brother , Elder Babangida Bala left us to be with the Lord in glory and his burial took place on Saturday 5th November 2022 at Kaura in Kaduna State.
The eloquent Reverend John Adang said " simply put, thanksgiving from a Christian understanding is the act of showing gratitude or appreciation to God. Adang hinted that Christian thanksgiving is a matter of conviction and not convenience, communion and not commandment, contentment and not covetousness.
