About eleven candidates contesting various position in the forth coming Plateau State Football Association (PFA) elections scheduled for 19th October, 2023, has been cleared by the electoral committee.

A press statement signed and issued to newsmen on Wednesday in Jos by the professor Ishaya Pam head of media and publicity of PFA electoral committee acknowledged that,eleven candidates have been cleared to via for various sit of the plateau state football association (PFA)billed for Thursday october 19,2023 in Jos, Plateau State.

According to Professor Pam, "the screening of candidates took place on monday and Tuesday October 9th and 10th 2023.

"The electoral process began on October 2nd with sales of nomination forms, endorsement and return of forms. It lasted till 6th october.

"Those cleared include former board member of the Nigeria football federation, Yahaya Kwande Suleiman,Ezra Simon Godit,Pakwai Patrick Habu,Godfrey Ayuba,Anani Salisu,Don Maren Nuhu, Muhammad Salisu Shuaibu,Ajiji Sambo Ibrahim, Emmanuel Choji Huang."

 According to the electoral committee chairman,Barrister Dan Gwaza, contestants who have anything against any of the candidates or the process,should file their complaints to the appeals committee between 16th and 18th October.
