In a remarkable show of compassion and commitment to humanity, the RON Humanitarian Foundation recently paid a visit to the Wassa Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Camp in the Federal Capital Territory, bringing much-needed relief and support to hundreds of displaced families.

The visit was marked by the distribution of free educational materials to school children at the camp, a gesture aimed at keeping hope alive for the younger generation despite the difficult circumstances. By providing exercise books, pens, and other learning tools, the Foundation reinforced its belief that education is the most powerful weapon in breaking the cycle of poverty and displacement.


In addition to supporting education, the Foundation also distributed essential drugs and medical supplies, recognizing the urgent healthcare needs of the community. For many at the camp, access to basic medication has been a major challenge, making this intervention both timely and impactful.
