Prof. Garba Sharubutu

The Executive Secretary of the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria (ARCN), Prof. Garba Sharubutu has called on Christians Nationwide to emulate and exhibit the extraordinary virtues of Jesus Christ.

Sharubutu, who made the call in his goodwill Easter message across to Christians, described Jesus Christ as a leader who led by example by sacrificing his entire life for the salvation of his people. 

Prof Sharubutu also admonished Christians  to emulate the extraordinary qualities exhibited by Jesus Christ towards their salvation.

The Executive Secretary in the statement tasked Nigerians, irrespective of their divide, to unite in order to move the country forward.

He urged Christians, especially their leaders;   to always lead by example, adding that, despite the lingering economic crisis, Christians, and indeed  Nigerians in general, have endured the challenges the country is going through.

He appealed to the Nigerians to keep on praying for the Nation to get to the promise land.
